Checking in was a nightmare. The key card didn't work, and the staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my situation. After multiple trips back and forth, the room was still a mess with no electricity. Even after getting an upgraded room, I had to struggle with issues that indicate ongoing problems at this establishment. The breakfast was disorganized, with long waits and missing items that should have been available.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is superb, just minutes away from attractions like the San Marco Church. My room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet for such a central area. Breakfast offered a delightful selection of pastries and fresh fruits.

Great for couples seeking comfort
The room had this unexpected bright energy, high ceilings and good air conditioning that really made it feel inviting! ! We had our breakfast on that sunny roof terrace overlooking the city—AWESOME views and quality food!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.
